Pittsfield 15, Southeastern 4: The Saukees scored in each of the first four innings and collected 15 hits in the five-inning victory. TJ Reel went 3 for 3 with four RBIs and Konnor Allen went 3 for 4 with two RBIs for Pittsfield. The Saukees’ Nate Scranton and Nolan Daniel had two hits apiece. Cade Rigg and Griffen Tippey each drove in a run for Southeastern.

At Marshall, Mo.

Hannibal 7, Marshall 2: The Pirates won five of the six singles matches and outlasted the Owls in two of the three doubles matches to grab the victory. Jace Lee and Garrett Heaton both won their singles matches 10-0, while Karson Westhoff, Augustus Herrin and Parker Terrill also earned singles victories. Herrin and Terrill won 10-8 at No. 2 doubles, while Lee and Heaton won 10-2 at No. 3 doubles.

At Zarda Multipurpose Complex, Kansas City, Mo.

MidAmerica Nazarene 11, Culver-Stockton College 5: The Pioneers scored three times in the top of the first inning and tacked on six runs in the top of the fourth to put away the Heart of America Athletic Conference victory. The Wildcats’ Jordan Scott and Bowin Davisson had two hits apiece, while Douglas Barker and Ronald Applewhite each drove in two runs.

Culver-Stockton College 11, MidAmerica Nazarene 7: The Wildcats ended a 15-game losing streak by scoring four times in the second inning and stringing together runs in each of their final three at-bats. Andrew Fay went 3 for 4 with a home run and three RBIs for C-SC, while Barker, Scott and Davisson each had two hits. C-SC is 5-19 overall and 1-11 in the Heart.

College softball

At Himsl Field, Canton, Mo.

Culver-Stockton College 5, MidAmerica Nazarene 1: A three-run first inning propelled the Wildcats to the Heart of America Athletic Conference victory despite collecting just three hits. C-SC capitalized on six walks. Alle Thompson hit a three-run home run for the Wildcats. Emma Roseberry allowed one run and seven hits to earn the victory. She struck out five.

MidAmerica Nazarene 8, Culver-Stockton College 0: The Wildcats were limited to four singles, while three C-SC pitchers allowed 15 hits and three walks in the Heart loss. C-SC is 6-6 overall and 2-6 in the Heart.

At Quincy

John Wood Community College 13, Lincoln Land 11: Taylor Simms went 3 for 4 with two triples and three RBIs to pace an offense that pounded out 14 hits. Lauren Merrell went 2 for 4 with two triples and three RBIs, while Mahalia Lewis, Baylie Combs and Emma Plasmeier had two hits apiece for the Trail Blazers.

Lincoln Land 20, John Wood Community College 1: The Loggers scored early and often to earn the Mid-West Athletic Conference split.
