Illini Bluffs 54, Brown County 52: The seventh-seeded Tigers scored the game-winning basket with 5.4 seconds remaining to eliminate the second-seeded Hornets. Brown County trailed 51-47 before Colby Wort made a 3-pointer with 1:02 remaining. Both teams missed shots on their next possessions, and Illini Bluffs’ Brandon Coats split a pair of free throws for a 52-50 lead. Brody Woodward grabbed the defensive rebound and got the ball to Tate Fullerton, who scored to tie the game. However, Coats scored at the rim for the lead. Woodward attempted a 3-pointer with a second remaining, but it missed the mark. 

Lewistown 40, Central 31: The third-seeded Panthers made just five field goals over the final three quarters in getting eliminated by the fifth-seeded Indians. Dean Hibbert led the Panthers with eight points, while Blayne Clary led the Indians with 12 points.

Southeastern 52, Illini Central 30: The top-seeded Suns will face sixth-seeded Havana in Friday’s regional championship. No stats were available.

Lincoln Land 75, John Wood Community College 52: The Trail Blazers were limited to 19 first-half points, shooting 8 of 25 (32 percent) over the first 20 minutes of the Mid-West Athletic Conference loss. Ajanae Garrett led the Trail Blazers with 13 points, and Lenlee Klusman added 10. The Trail Blazers are 7-20 overall and 1-10 in the MWAC.
