Illini Bluffs 54, Brown County 52: The seventh-seeded Tigers scored the game-winning basket with 5.4 seconds remaining to eliminate the second-seeded Hornets. Brown County trailed 51-47 before Colby Wort made a 3-pointer with 1:02 remaining. Both teams missed shots on their next possessions, and Illini Bluffs’ Brandon Coats split a pair of free throws for a 52-50 lead. Brody Woodward grabbed the defensive rebound and got the ball to Tate Fullerton, who scored to tie the game. However, Coats scored at the rim for the lead. Woodward attempted a 3-pointer with a second remaining, but it missed the mark.
Lewistown 40, Central 31: The third-seeded Panthers made just five field goals over the final three quarters in getting eliminated by the fifth-seeded Indians. Dean Hibbert led the Panthers with eight points, while Blayne Clary led the Indians with 12 points.

Ajanae Garrett led the Trail Blazers with 13 points, and Lenlee Klusman added 10. The Trail Blazers are 7-20 overall and 1-10 in the MWAC.
