The Quincy High School girls basketball team, ranked No. 8 in Class 4A, led wire-to-wire in a 47-24 victory on Tuesday night at the Pit. The Blue Devils held Quincy Notre Dame, ranked No. 3 in Class 3A, to its lowest offensive output in 97 games, dating to late in the 2020-21 season when the Raiders dropped a 49-24 verdict to Chatham Glenwood. Taylor Fohey and Jada Brown combined for 31 points and 17 rebounds for the Blue Devils. MRN Editor David Adam captured some of the action.
