CONCORD, Ill. — The Liberty softball team’s season came to an end with a 7-5 loss to Havana in Friday’s Class 1A Triopia Sectional championship game. The Eagles led 5-1 entering the bottom of the fifth inning, but the Ducks rallied for six runs in that frame to take the lead and held on to advance to Monday’s super-sectional against Carrollton.
