WINCHESTER, Ill. — Liberty senior right-hander Jack Sparrow held Rushville-Industry scoreless for the first four innings and struck out 15 batters, but Rockets senior Macon Kessler tossed a three-hit shutout and struck out a career-high 16 batters in the Rockets’ 8-0 victory in the Class 1A Bluffs Regional semifinals.
