QUINCY — Luke Guthrie’s 10-year anniversary as a professional golfer is looming.

So is the opportunity for the Quincy native to reinvigorate his career.

Following his 11th-place finish in the second stage of the Korn Ferry Tour Qualifying School, Guthrie earned conditional status on the Korn Ferry Tour for the 2022 season. He went on to post his two best scores of the Q-School Finals in the final two rounds, giving him a boost going into the offseason and a feel for the game that had been lacking.

It’s why the Quincy High School Hall of Famer, who launched his pro career in June 2012, is excited to see what his new career trajectory becomes.

Guthrie joined Muddy River Sports Editor Matt Schuckman for a Schuck on a Truck Zoom Edition interview where they talked about his game, his career and his family. Check out the link below for the latest episode of Schuck on a Truck Zoom Edition brought to you by Refreshment Services Pepsi.
