Quincy Notre Dame defeated Unity 25-17, 25-21. Junior middle Abbey Schreacke led the Raiders with 11 kills, two blocks and three aces. Senior setter Maggie Drew had 27 assists, and junior right side Laela Hernandez-Jones had six kills and nine digs.

Culver-Stockton College 2, William Woods 0. Joaquin Cordoba scored off an assist from Eduardo Garcia less than three minutes into the season opener to give the Wildcats the lead. Benjamin Doncel scored off a corner kick in the 78th minute.
