Liberty 61, Jacksonville Routt 47: The fifth-ranked Eagles used their size to their advantage as their frontcourt combined for 42 points in the victory. Devin Klauser led Liberty with 19 points, while Logan Robbins added 12 points and Breighton Klingele added 11.

At Voshall Gym, Pittsfield, Ill.

Central 43, Pittsfield 33: Isaac Genenbacher and Keaton Dickhut combined for 22 second-half points as the Panthers outscored the Saukees 16-7 in the third quarter to gain the advantage. Genenbacher led Central with 19 points, while Dickhut scored all eight of his points in the second half. T.J. Reel led the Saukees with 12 points.

At Monroe City, Mo.

Monroe City 65, Highland 46: A 16-8 surge in the second where the Cougars made just one field goal carried the second-ranked Panthers to the Clarence Cannon Conference victory. Joshua Talton went 7 of 7 from the line and led the Panthers with 20 points, while Deion White added 14 points. Monroe City went 17 of 19 from the line. Alex Meyer led Highland with 16 points and Drew Mallett added 14.

At Brookfield, Mo.

Palmyra 58, Brookfield 43: The Panthers picked up their first Clarence Cannon Conference victory, outscoring the Bulldogs 14-7 in the fourth quarter to finish it off. Alex Loman made five 3-pointers in the first half and six overall as he finished with 20 points for the Panthers. Bear Bock had 14 points, 13 rebounds and eight assists for Palmyra.

At Korf Gym, Hannibal, Mo.

Kirksville 50, Hannibal 48: The Tigers made 8 of 11 free throws in the fourth quarter to stave off the Pirates and hold on for a North Central Missouri Conference victory. Hannibal’s Aaris Stolte scored 15 points in the third quarter as the Pirates grabbed a 40-38 lead going into the final frame. Stolte finished with 29 points. Hannibal managed just eight points in the fourth quarter.

At Springfield, Ill.

Quincy High School 38, Springfield 37: Taylor Fohey made two free throws with four second remaining in regulation to lift the Blue Devils to the non-conference victory. The Blue Devils outscored the Senators 10-5 in the fourth quarter with Fohey scoring six points. The sophomore forward finished with 19 points. Laci Novosel added six points.

At Monroe City, Mo.

Highland 44, Monroe City 30: Ansley Bringer scored 10 of her game-high 19 points in the first half as the Cougars grabbed a 25-14 lead in the Clarence Cannon Conference victory. Mari Gares led the Panthers with 16 points.

At Brookfield, Mo.

Palmyra 45, Brookfield 23: The Panthers picked up a Clarence Cannon Conference road victory with balanced scoring. Candra King led Palmyra with 14 points, while Sydney Compton added 12 points and Clare Williams had 10.
