Canton 45, Monroe City 37: The Tigers held the Panthers to four points in the fourth quarter to advance to the semifinals. Nariah Clay led Canton with 17 points and Macie Fisher added 13. Lucy Pratt and Mackenzie Moss had seven points apiece for Monroe City.
Clark County 38, Hannibal 31: The Indians limited the Pirates to 12 points in the first half. Jade Thomas led Hannibal with eight points.

Highland 70, Van-Far 60: The Cougars outscored the Indians 21-6 in the third quarter and then staved off a comeback despite Van-Far scoring 24 points in the fourth quarter. Cameron Bringer scored 11 of his game-high 23 points in the third quarter for Highland, while Drew Mallett finished with 22 points.
Hannibal 60, Clark County 31: The Pirates outscored the Indians 16-0 in the first quarter and cruised into the semifinals. Aaris Stolte led a balanced Hannibal attack with 19 points as nine different Pirates scored.
At Voshall Gym, Pittsfield, Ill.
Auburn 58, Pittsfield 55: An 18-point fourth quarter enabled the Saukees to make it a one-possession game, but the Trojans hit just enough free throws (4 of 8) to hold on. Nate Scranton led the Saukees with 15 points, while Carter Klatt added 14 and TJ Reel had 11.
At Mendon, Ill.
Unity 61, West Hancock 52: The Mustangs got 17 points from Cody Shaffer and 12 from Melvin McMillen to pick up the victory. Isaac Siegfried led the Titans with 12 points.
At Payson, Ill.
Payson Seymour 62, Central 51: The Indians improve to 12-6. No stats were available.
