Quincy Notre Dame 4, Hannibal 1: The Raiders responded to allowing the tying goal midway through the first half by scoring three unanswered goals to win their third straight game. Jake Hoyt scored the go-ahead goal with two minutes remaining in the first half. Tanner Anderson scored on a penalty kick and Logan Zanger headed in a Cayge Hughes free kick to cap the scoring. Leo Cann scored QND’s first goal off a Ben Frericks assist.

“We were getting after them, but we were just missing 1-on-1s. We just didn’t finish them,” QND coach Greg Reis said. “Their keeper (Parker Terrill) did a nice job. He made some point-blank saves. We should have done a better job finishing. The second half we tidied things up.”
