At Monroe City, Mo.

Columbia Father Tolton 59, Monroe City 41: In a battle of state-ranked teams, the Trailblazers gained the edge by limiting the Panthers to 15 combined points in the second and third quarters. Monroe City, ranked second in Class 3 according to the Missouri Basketball Coaches Association polls, trailed 32-18 at halftime after getting outscored 17-8 in the second quarter. The Panthers had just two players score in a seven-point third quarter. Joshua Talton led Monroe City with 13 points, and Jaedyn Robertson added 12. Freshman point guard Aaron Rowe led Father Tolton, ranked sixth in the Class 4, with 22 points.

At LaHarpe, Ill.

Illini West 71, West Prairie 14: The third-ranked Chargers held the Cyclones to one field goal in the first half and led 43-4 at halftime. Caydee Kirkham made six 3-pointers and scored a game-high 22 points for the Chargers, while Josie Bryan added 14 points. Illini West is 25-2 overall.

At Voshall Gym, Pittsfield, Ill.

Brown County 62, Pittsfield 33: The Hornets, ranked seventh in Class 1A, went 28 of 36 from the free-throw line to beat the Class 2A program. Katey Flynn made 9 of 10 free throws in the second quarter and scored a game-high 20 points for Brown County. Gabby McGath went 7 of 10 from the line and finished with 14 points. Ellie Ten Eyck led Pittsfield with 13 points.

At Camp Point, Ill.

Central-Southeastern 61, Western 22: Abbey McMillen made five 3-pointers as part of a 24-point first quarter that propelled the Panthers to the victory. McMillen made seven 3-pointers overall and finished with a game-high 21 points. Lauren Miller added 16 points.

At Beardstown, Ill.

Beardstown Triangular: Quincy Notre Dame split a pair of matches with Beardstown and Knoxville, winning its single-season school record 21st dual. The Raiders beat Knoxville 49-9 before falling to Beardstown 58-12. Against the Blue Bullets, the Raiders picked up three consecutive victories at the lower weights as Ryan Scheuermann (120) and Curtis Steinkamp (126) won by pin and Luke Bliven (132) earned a major decision. Tristan Pritts (170) also won by pin, while Ryan Darnell (195) won a 10-3 decision. Against Beardstown, Scheuermann won a 13-9 decision, Steinkamp recorded a pin in 4:53 and Noah Clark (160) picked up a 7-1 decision.
