Illini West 72, Liberty 13: The Chargers held the Eagles without a field goal in the first quarter, had six players score from the field over the first eight minutes and improved to 10-1 with the victory. Reagan Reed led the Chargers with 16 points, while Caydee Kirkham added 14.

At Mount Sterling, Ill.

Brown County 70, North Greene 15: Katey Flynn scored 10 of her 12 points in the first quarter as the Hornets raced to a 27-3 lead. Klare Flynn finished with 12 points, and Gabby McGath added 10 points as 10 different Hornets scored.

At Canton, Mo.

Unity 82, Canton 65: Brooklyn Stiefel led the Mustangs with 20 points and 12 rebounds, while Taylor Nichols dished out 11 assists as Unity improved to 8-1. Nariah Clay led the Tigers with 30 points and nine rebounds.

Canton 69, Unity 57: The Tigers led 25-3 at the end of the first quarter and relinquished control. Dalton Berhorst led the Tigers with 15 points, while Ryle Duke led the Mustangs with 16 points.
