Lewis 2, Quincy University 0: The Flyers scored two first-half goals and handed the Hawks another Great Lakes Valley Conference loss. It is Quincy’s first road loss of the season. The Flyers owned a 10-5 edge in shots and a 4-3 edge in shots on goal, while the Hawks had an 8-5 edge in corner kicks. Quincy committed 14 fouls and drew four yellow cards. The Hawks are 4-6-2 overall and 2-5-2 in the GLVC.

At Lewis Stadium, Romeoville, Ill.

Quincy University 1, Lewis 0: Lauren Crane’s penalty-kick goal in the 72nd minute snapped a five-game losing streak for the Hawks. Quincy outshot Lewis 10-4 and played a more physical style, racking up 27 fouls and six yellow cards. It was Crane’s team-leading fifth goal of the season and her first game-winning goal. The Hawks are 4-7 overall and 3-6 in the Great Lakes Valley Conference.
