At Advance Physical Therapy Field, Quincy

Quincy Notre Dame 3, Jefferson City Helias 0: Scoreless at halftime after the Raiders were whistled for being offsides eight times, they adjusted the attack and picked up their third straight victory. A little less than 10 minutes into the second half, the Raiders’ Sophie Gramke got the ball over the goalkeeper’s head and dropped it in the net for a 1-0 lead. Eva Dickerman’s corner kick with 12 minutes to play ended up in the net for a 2-0 lead, and Lia Quintero finished it off with a goal off another corner kick with three minutes to play.

At Elsberry, Mo.

Pittsfield 9, Elsberry 8: Konnor Allen allowed just two earned runs over six innings and struck out eight as the Saukees grabbed the victory. After the bullpen allowed Elsberry to tie the game in the top of the seventh, Pittsfield’s Brennan Tomhave delivered a walk-off RBI single in the bottom of the frame. Allen and Nolan Daniel each had two RBIs for the Saukees.

Pittsfield 9, Montgomery County 7: Caden Casto went 3 for 5 with two home runs and four RBIs to power the Saukees to the victory. Konnor Allen went 3 for 3, while Nolan Daniel and Nate Scranton each had two hits. Brennan Tomhave struck out nine over 5.2 innings to grab the victory.

At Ashland, Mo.

Fulton 10, Palmyra 2: The Panthers took a 2-1 lead in the third inning when they scored on a sacrifice fly and a passed ball, but the Hornets responded by scoring in four consecutive innings. Alex Wilson, Adam Goodwin and Ethan Tallman each had two hits for the Panthers.

Southern Boone 13, Palmyra 3: Southern Boone scored five runs in each of the first two innings and the Panthers never recovered. The Panthers were limited to two hits — singles by Alex Wilson and Ethan Tallman.

At Bearcat Field, Lebanon, Ill.

Quincy University 7, McKendree 2: Trailing 2-0 in the sixth inning of the Great Lakes Valley Conference matchup, the Hawks rallied to take the lead as Allyson Maynard hit a three-run home run and Bailey Mitchell added a solo blast. In the seventh, RBI doubles from Jayle Jennings and Taylor Downen helped put the game away.

McKendree 5, Quincy University 0: Olivia Stansbury hit a solo home run in the first inning and the Bearcats never trailed. Bailey Mitchell went 2 for 3 for the Hawks, who were limited to five hits. Quincy is 7-16 overall and 1-5 in the GLVC.

At Galesburg, Ill.

Silver Streak Last Chance Indoor Meet: Quincy High School senior Anna Schuering set a new meet record and won two events as the Blue Devils enjoyed a bevy of success. Schuering won the 800-meter run in 2 minutes, 23.23 seconds to break the meet record. She also won the 1,600 in 5:27.14. Alexandria Meyers was second in the 3,200 in 12:35.98. On the boys side, Fiker Rosen won the 3,200 in 10:14.15, while Jett Rose won the 200 dash in 22.62 seconds. Rose also was third in the 60 dash in 7.21. Deon Rogers took third in the shot put (13.89 meters) and Eric McClelland was third in the 1,600 (4:49.13), while Reid Savage was fourth in the 60 high hurdles (9.40).
