At Mendon, Ill.

Illini West 73, Unity 41: The Chargers finally put the finishing touch on their Hancock County Tournament championship by outgunning the Mustangs in the weather-delayed finale. Nolan Deitrich made four 3-pointers and scored 14 of the Chargers’ 16 points in the first quarter as they bolted to a 16-10 lead. It ballooned to a 20-point edge after holding Unity to six points in the third quarter. Dietrich finished with 30 points, making six 3-pointers. Cody Shaffer led the Mustangs with 11 points.

At Korf Gym, Hannibal, Mo.

Hannibal 64, Moberly 50: The Pirates outscored the Spartans 19-9 in the fourth quarter to salt away a North Central Missouri Conference victory. The Pirates went 8 of 10 from the free-throw line in the final quarter and got 19 points from Brandon Hess overall, including seven in the fourth quarter. Aaris Stolte led the Pirates with 26 points. Hannibal is 7-11 overall.

At Center, Mo.

Mark Twain 61, Wright City 44: Conner Eckler led the Tigers with 20 points as they improved to 5-1 at home this season. LaKoda Preston added 15 points, and Josh Brothers scored 10.

Mark Twain 43, Wright City 19: Balanced scoring and lockdown defense led to the Tigers picking up the victory. Anna Echternacht led Mark Twain with 12 points, while Emily Evans added 11 and Autumn Arndt chipped in 10.

Parkland 70, John Wood Community College 54: The Trail Blazers went 8 of 26 from the field in the first half and never recovered from a double-digit deficit, losing to the 16th-ranked Cobras in a Mid-West Athletic Conference matchup. Stephanie Anders led the Trail Blazers with 14 points, eight rebounds and three assists, while Lenlee Klusman added 13. JWCC is 7-12 overall and 1-3 in the MWAC.
