Blair Oaks 68, Monroe City 50: Fresh off the championship of their own tournament, the Panthers ran out of gas in the fourth quarter, getting outscored 26-10 by the Falcons. Blair Oaks’ Northweather had 17 of his game-high 34 points in the fourth quarter. He also had 12 in the first quarter when the Falcons outscored the Panthers 19-15. Joshua Talton led Monroe City with 26 points.

Girls Basketball

At Bushnell, Ill.

Illini West 67, Bushnell-Prairie City 30: A 21-3 advantage at the end of the third quarter propelled the Chargers to another victory. Caydee Kirkham led Illini West, which improved to 9-1, with 20 points, while Josie Bryan and Reagan Reed each added 11.

At Jacksonville, Ill.

Brown County 59, Jacksonville Routt 40: A 17-4 run in the first quarter gave the Hornets control that they never relinquished. Katey Flynn led Brown County with 15 points, while Cortni Law added 13 points and Klare Flynn contributed 12.

At Camp Point, Ill.

Central-Southeastern 53, Winchester West Central 19: Summer Ramsey led the Panthers with 11 points, while Amanda Stephens added 10.

At Liberty, Ill.

Pittsfield 48, Liberty 25. No stats were available.

Prep Wrestling

At the Pit, Quincy

QND Quadrangular: Quincy Notre Dame won two of its three duals, falling 54-22 to Central before beating Peoria Manual 42-18 and West Hancock. The Raiders’ lone on-the-mat victory against Central came at 132 pounds as Curtis Steinkamp pinned Wyatt Schemerhorn in 2:29. Oliver Moore (130) and Tristen Pritts (170) won by pin against Manual, while Noah Clark (170) and Aidan Brunier (285) won by pin against West Hancock.
