Liberty 52, Griggsville-Perry 20: The Eagles raced out to an 18-0 lead and invoked the running clock in the fourth quarter. Breighton Klingele and Devin Klauser led the Eagles with 10 points apiece. The Eagles are 16-4 overall.

At Camp Point, Ill.

Central 57, Unity 32: The Panthers outscored the Indians 21-6 in the first quarter, led by 21 points at halftime and cruised to the victory. Keaton Dickhut led Central with 18 points, while Isaac Genenbacher and Drew Paben each added 11. Melvin McMillen led the Mustangs with 12 points.

At Carthage, Ill.

Macomb 39, Illini West 28: The Bombers made four 3-pointers in the first quarter and raced out to a 19-5 lead. Max Richardson led the Chargers with 11 points, while Connor Watson led the Bombers with 20 points.

At Mount Sterling, Ill.

Brown County 68, North Greene 27: Tate Fullerton reached 1,000 career points during the Hornets’ victory.

At Palmyra, Mo.

Canton 67, Van-Far 52: The Tigers hit four 3-pointers and outscored the Indians 19-9 in the third quarter to post the victory. Dalton Berhorst made five 3-pointers and finished with a game-high 21 points for Canton, while Preston Brewer added 17 points.

Highland 65, Clark County 54: The Cougars’ Ansley Bringer outdueled the Indians’ Alexis Ellison down the stretch, scoring 14 of her game-high 29 points in the fourth quarter to push Highland to victory in the third-place game. Ellison scored 13 of her 27 points in the fourth quarter.

Monroe City 43, Van-Far 35: The Panthers outscored the Indians 19-10 in the fourth quarter, going 11 of 15 from the free-throw line. Mari Gares went 6 of 8 at the line and finished with 16 points for Monroe City, while Lucy Pratt added 12 points.
