At Dozer Park, Peoria, Ill.

Brown County 3, Streator Woodland 1: Sam Carr allowed one unearned run and two hits as the Hornets made an early lead last. Will Groesch had an RBI double in the two-run second inning for Brown County, and one out later, Ethan Howell added an RBI double. A walk and an error led to a run in the third inning for the Hornets, who improved to 16-1.

At Hamilton, Ill.

Liberty 7, West Hancock 6: A pair of errors by the Titans allowed the Eagles’ Logan Robbins to reach safely with one out in the top of the seventh and score the winning run with two outs. The Titans had two runners in scoring position with one out in the bottom of the seventh, but Logan Ensley struck out the final two batters to earn the save. Landon Deege allowed three earned runs and 11 hits over 6 ⅓ innings to earn the victory. Robbins went 2 for 4 with three RBIs, while Ensley went 2 for 3. Bryan Gerhardt, Adam Harness and Luke Jacquot each had two hits for West Hancock. 

At Beardstown, Ill.

Beardstown 9, Central 3: The Tigers scored four runs in the first inning and never relinquished control. Ross Riley went 2 for 3 with a double for the Panthers, who trailed 9-1 after three innings.

Stanford Olympia 8, Central 6: The Panthers trailed 8-3 after three innings, but a a run in the fifth and two more in the sixth made things interesting. Cole Peterson and Dylan Dickhut both went 3 for 4 for the Panthers, while Conner Griffin and Keaton Dickhut each had two hits.

At The Backyard, Quincy

Quincy Notre Dame 18, Jacksonville 0: The Raiders scored 10 runs in the first inning and finished the victory in three innings. Eryn Cornwell went 2 for 2 with a double and two RBIs, while Laela Hernandez-Jones went 2 for 3 with two runs scored and Alyssa Ley drove in three runs. Brooke Boden struck out four over two innings of work for QND.

Quincy Notre Dame 9, Petersburg PORTA 1: The Raiders scored four runs in both the third and fourth innings to put the game away, Haley Schertel went 3 for 3 with three runs scored for QND, while Eryn Cornwell had two hits and Alyssa Ley drove in three runs. Cornwell struck out six and allowed one hit and one unearned run over five innings.

Central 11, Jacksonville 0: The Panthers scored six runs in the first inning and Katie Hildebrand allowed one hit over four innings. Macie Reuschel went 3 for 3 with two doubles and five RBIs for Central, while Haley Cramer had a double. Hildebrand struck out two and walked one.

Central 5, Petersburg PORTA 0: Haley Cramer and Natalie Eicken combined to allow five hits and shut out the Bluejays. Cramer struck out one over three innings, and Eicken struck out five over the final three innings. The Panthers had seven hits, including a double by Katie Hildebrand, and capitalized on four errors by the Bluejays.

At Cosmo Park, Columbia, Mo.

Columbia Tournament: Quincy Notre Dame finished off a perfect weekend with an 8-0 drubbing of Marshall (Mo.). Makayla Patton and Annie Eaton each recorded a hat trick for the Raiders, while Lia Quintero had three assists. Anna Keck and Sage Stratton each scored a goal, while Aly Young earned the shutout in goal. The Raiders are 10-1-3 after going 3-0 in the tournament.
