QHS softball program to hold ‘A Night Under the Lights’ fundraiser this Friday
QUINCY — The Quincy High School softball team is going to put on a show once the sun sets.
The Blue Devils are holding a fundraiser from 6:30-9:30 p.m. Friday at the QHS softball field. The event, dubbed “A Night Under the Lights,” will benefit the QHS and QJHS softball programs with proceeds going to build new batting cages at the facility.
Tickets are $15 and include a meal provided by Platt Daddy BBQ and admission to the event. Among the activities planned are a bounce house obstacle course, caricature drawings, a photo booth, raffles and more.
The band Pepper Spray will be performing as well.
Tickets can be purchased in advance from any QHS or QJHS softball player or by emailing hlubekh@gmail.com. Tickets can be purchased the night of the event as well.
