Photo gallery: QHS football team’s defense shuts down Geneseo in WB6 matchup

QUINCY — The defense didn’t allow a point, and the offense continued to overwhelm an opponent.
That’s the right recipe for success for the Quincy High School football team.
The Blue Devils finished off their undefeated run to the Western Big 6 Conference championship Friday night by beating Geneseo 35-7 at Flinn Stadium. The Maple Leafs returned the game’s opening kick for a touchdown but didn’t score thereafter as the Blue Devils won their first WB6 crown since 2016.
