QUINCY — The Quincy High School football team’s first home playoff victory ever featured a little of everything that has made the Blue Devils so successful this season — the Bradyn Little-to-Tykell Hammers connection, dominance of the offensive line and a hard-hitting defense.

The end result was a 44-14 victory over West Chicago in the opening round of the Class 7A playoffs at Flinn Stadium.
