QUINCY — Dan Meers, the KC Wolf mascot for the Kansas City Chiefs, and Bruce Douglas, Quincy High School Hall of Famer and University of Illinois basketball great, were the featured speakers Sunday at the Western Illinois Fellowship of Christian Athletes banquet at Quincy University’s Pepsi Arena.
