HIGHLAND, Ill. — The Quincy High School boys basketball team outscored St. Louis Cardinal Ritter 26-13 in the fourth quarter of Saturday’s game in the 32nd Highland Shootout, securing a 62-49 victory for back-to-back victories to start the new year.
