Schuck on a Truck Zoom Edition: Millikin standout and Unity graduate Jordan Hildebrand
Jordan Hildebrand’s decision to stay at Millikin University for an extra year of eligibility, pursue a master’s degree and help the Big Blue women’s basketball team chase NCAA glory turned out to be a wise move.
Not only will Hildebrand walk away later this year with two degrees in her hip pocket, but the 6-foot forward earned honorable mention All-American honors after Millikin reached the Sweet Sixteen of the NCAA Division III national tournament.
Hildebrand, a 2017 Unity graduate who led the Mustangs to a second-place finish at the Class 1A state tournament her senior season, sat down to chat with Muddy River Sports Editor Matt Schuckman about her career, her final season and life on the Millikin campus.
