Play Video

QUINCY — Muddy River Sports Editor Matt Schuckman and a series of guests spent two hours Friday night talking high school football for this week’s episode of Muddy Night Lights, powered by Farm & Home Supply.

Three area coaches — Pittsfield’s Zach Ferguson, Quincy High School’s Rick Little and Monroe City’s David Kirby — joined us on the United Systems Hotline, while Quincy Notre Dame coach Jack Cornell visited us in the Refreshment Services Pepsi Studio. Unity-Payson PA announcer Brian Shoemaker stopped by the studio, and Central Illinois Sports’ Jack Hull chimed in on the hotline.

Muddy Night Lights will air live each Friday night during the regular season from 10 p.m. to midnight.
