2021 Quincy Blue Devil Sports Hall of Fame Inductee: Hayley Womack, Athlete

(EDITOR’S NOTE: The 2020 and 2021 classes are being inducted into the Quincy Blue Devil Sports Hall of Fame together this year. Womack will be inducted on Saturday, Nov. 27 before QHS’s boys basketball game.)

A 2011 graduate of Quincy High School, Hayley Womack is one of the most accomplished scorers in the history of the girls soccer program.

An all-state selection as a senior, Womack is one of just three players to record 100 or more career goals as she finished with 105 goals scored. She earned a scholarship to Iowa State University and was a three- time Academic All-Big 12 selection. As a senior at Iowa State, she led the Cyclones in assists with three.

Womack is currently a teacher at Quincy Junior High School and the head women’s soccer coach at John Wood Community College. She previously served as an assistant coach with the QHS boys and girls soccer programs.
