HANNIBAL, Mo. — Hannibal Regional Foundation was the host of the 29th annual Hannibal Cannibal, sponsored by Advance Physical Therapy, on July 6.

The opportunity to run a once-in-a-lifetime course because of Missouri 79 construction helped boost registrations to nearly 1,800 participants, helping raise an all-time high of more than $72,000. Money raised in this year’s race will support Hannibal Regional Foundation’s Heart Hero Campaign, which is raising funds to support Hannibal Regional’s new heart center and new services offered at the heart center, including open heart surgery.
