CAMP POINT, Ill. — The Camp Point Central football team finds itself in a familiar position — riding high heading into the postseason.

The Panthers finished their fifth undefeated run through the regular season in the last 13 seasons with Friday night’s 59-13 victory over Winchester West Central. The second-ranked team in Class 1A will be home for the first round of the playoffs and will learn its opponent when the Illinois High School Association releases the playoff pairings Saturday night.
