Memorial Medical Clinics offering walk-in sports physicals at various locations; first date is June 18

CARTHAGE, Ill. — Memorial Medical Clinics have multiple dates during this summer for students to receive a sports physical. These sports physicals will be offered at Memorial Medical Clinics in Bowen, Carthage, Colchester, Hamilton (Broadway), LaHarpe and Nauvoo.

Walk-in sports physicals are scheduled for:

• June 18 — 1 to 4:30 p.m. at Colchester, 110 Market, 309-776-3301.
• June 26 — 4 to 7 p.m. at LaHarpe, 501 E. Main, 217-659-3844.
• July 11 — 1 to 4:30 p.m. at Hamilton, 951 Broadway, 217-551-3100.
• July 18 and 25 — 1 to 4:30 p.m. at Carthage, 1450 North County Road 2050, 217-357-2173.
• July 19 — 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at Bowen, 209 E. Fifth, 217-842-5211.
• Aug. 8 — 8:15 a.m. to noon at Nauvoo, 1370 Mulholland, 217-453-6802

Appointments are not needed. Students will be seen in order of arrival. The cost of the sports physical is $10. All proceeds will benefit the school’s athletic department where said student attends school.

These sports physicals will not include a school physical. No immunizations will be given at these physicals, and no illness or injury can be treated or reviewed. Students must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or a parent/guardian must be reachable via phone.
