Hawks to honor military members, first responders with Heroes Recognition Day
QUINCY — The Quincy University football program is inviting all active and former military members as well as all first responders to attend Heroes Recognition Day as the Hawks face Iowa Wesleyan at 1 p.m. Saturday at QU Stadium.
All active and former military members along with all first responders (fire fighters, EMS, police, etc) will receive free admission to the non-conference matchup. Gates will open at 11 a.m. The Hawks will honor our heroes in conjunction with the remembrance of 9/11.
All active military member or first responder are asked to bring a valid military or first responder identification card for entry.
