Champions of Hannibal Parks and Recreation spring pickleball crowned
HANNIBAL, Mo. — The Hannibal Parks and Recreation spring pickleball league ended May 10 with a single-elimination tournament in the competitive division.
Kathy and Curtis Fauble were the winners with Jarrett Porter and Bob Mitchell in second place. Ryan and Dale Hemme won the intermediate division with the overall best record. LeAnn Welch and Jerry Kaszynski won the leisure division in a tournament.
The next pickleball league will be in the fall. Participants may sign up for the leisure, intermediate or competitive league. Pickleball courts are available at Huckleberry Park, Norfolk and Southern Multi-Sports Park and at the Admiral Coontz Recreation Center.
