At Illinois College, Jacksonville, Ill.
Quincy High School 1, Springfield 1: Spencer Jenkins scored the equalizer for the Blue Devils in 35th minute with a header off a Nolan Fleer assist. The Blue Devils are 4-2-1.
Quincy Notre Dame 4, Chatham Glenwood 1: Tanner Anderson recorded the hat trick and Leo Cann also scored as the Raiders won for the first time in their last three games. QND is 7-2-2.
Girls Tennis
At Reservoir Park, Quincy
Quincy High School 5, Quincy Notre Dame 4: Audra Cain and Amelia Willing won the decisive match for the Blue Devils, beating Evie Schuetz and Addie Zanger 6-2, 6-3 at No. 2 doubles. The Raiders’ Lia Quintero picked up a 6-0, 6-0 victory at No. 1 singles, but Cain, Willing and Lilli Wallace each won a third-set tiebreaker in singles for the Blue Devils. Wallace beat Zanger at No. 6 singles 15-13 in the tiebreaker.

At Quincy Country Club, Quincy
Quincy Ryder Cup: On the first day of the two-day Ryder Cup-style head-to-head matchup, Quincy High School beat Quincy Notre Dame 4-2. The Blue Devils’ pairing of Luke Mettemeyer and Luke Chevalier won 2 & 1 on both nines, while the No. 3 pairing of Gabriel Gold and Raulin Zanger won 1-up on the front and 2 & 1 on the back. QND’s top duo of Ross Thompson and Konnor Craven won 1-up on the front and 2 & 1 on the back.

At Oakwood Country Club, Coal Valley, Ill.
Quincy High School d. Moline: The Blue Devils shot a 156 to beat the Maroons by 40 strokes in the dual. Quincy’s Saya Geisendorfer was the medalist with a 35.
At Scripps Park Golf Course, Rushville, Ill.
Rushville Triangular: Hana Knuffman took medalist honors with a 41 as Quincy Notre Dame took the top spot with a 183. Rushville-Industry posted a 198 and Pittsfield a 215. Meredith Eversman shot a 43 for QND.
Girls Volleyball
At Mendon, Ill.
Unity d. Rushville-Industry: The Mustangs got 11 service points from Caroline Knox and nine service points from Ashlynn Arnsman in a 25-14, 25-17 victory. Arnsman also had seven kills, while Kyra Carothers led Unity with eight kills and Taylor Nichols dished out 27 assists. The Mustangs are 5-3.
