Schuck on a Truck: Tanner Stuckman discusses camp for kids, fifth season playing pro basketball overseas
QUINCY — Tanner Stuckman’s offseason really isn’t an offseason.
Since returning to Quincy following his fourth season playing professional basketball overseas, the graduate of Quincy Notre Dame and Quincy University has been tirelessly preparing himself to play in Hungary, while doing all he can to give back to the community. That included teaming up with lifelong friend Troy Potts to conduct a kids basketball camp at The Pit.
Stuckman, who leaves in mid-August to begin training with his Hungarian team, took time out of his workout schedule to join Muddy River Sports Editor Matt Schuckman on the tailgate of his pickup to discuss the success of the camp, his training regimen and how it feels to have his feet grounded at home for this episode of “Schuck on a Truck,” brought to you by Shottenkirk Toyota.
