West Hancock 43, Pittsfield 40: Isaac Siegfried made four 3-pointers and scored 16 points to help the Titans advance to face Pleasant Plains. Nate Scranton led the Saukees with 19 points. West Hancock is 12-16, while Pittsfield finishes with a 12-12 record.

Class 1A Bushnell-Prairie City Regional

Central 51, Unity 29: Isaac Genenbacher scored 18 points and Nick Moore added 13 as the Panthers advanced to the regional semifinals and will face Lewistown on Wednesday. Ryle Duke and Caleb Kasparie led Unity with seven points apiece.

Brown County 81, Spoon River Valley 44: The Hornets opened the game on an 18-4 run and advanced to play Illini Bluffs at 6 p.m. Wednesday in the regional semifinals.

Class 1A Griggsville-Perry Regional

Payson Seymour 64, Pleasant Hill 31: The Indians opened the game on a 9-0 run, improving to 19-12 and will face Winchester West Central on Wednesday in the regional semifinals.

Griggsville-Perry 51, Western 21: Tate Kunzeman and Wyatt Lipcaman each scored 14 points as the Tornadoes advanced to face Liberty in Wednesday’s semifinals. Caden Fesler led the Wildcats with eight points.

At Palmyra, Mo.

Highland 61, Palmyra 50: The Cougars finished 5-2 in the Clarence Cannon Conference after Drew Mallett scored 18 points. Alex Meyer added 13 points for Highland, which is 17-9 overall. Bear Bock led the Panthers with 17 points, while Alex Loman had 13 points. Palmyra is 14-11 and 3-4 in the CCC.

Missouri Southern 8, Quincy University 7: The Lions used a double and triple back-to-back in the bottom of the ninth inning to walk off with the victory in the MIAA-GLVC Crossover event. Trailing after six innings in their season opener, the Hawks scored a single run in each of their final three at-bats to tie the game at 7. Right fielder Lance Logsdon, who led off the ninth with a double and later scored on a wild pitch, went 2 for 4 with two runs scored and a triple. Shortstop Gino D’Alessio went 3 for 5 and second baseman Dayson Croes had two hits.

At Carnes Field, Henderson, Tenn.

Culver-Stockton College 7, St. Francis 5: The Wildcats picked up their first victory of the season as first baseman Dax Flowerree jacked a three-run home run in the first inning and C-SC never trailed. Flowerree finished 2 for 4 with a double and three RBIs, while catcher Collin Hall and left fielder Ronald Applewhite each had three hits.

Freed-Hardeman 9, Culver-Stockton College 0: The Wildcats had seven hits — six singles — but couldn’t scratch across any runs. Hall, second baseman Jordan Scott and designated hitter Keli’i Price each had two hits for C-SC (1-2).
