Illini West 58, Payson Seymour 47: The Indians had their six-game winning streak snapped by a tough, physical Chargers squad. Nolan Deitrich led Illini West with 18 points, while Max Richardson added 14 points.

At Korf Gym, Hannibal, Mo.

Hannibal 58, Marshall 51: The Pirates had three players reach double figures in winning the North Central Missouri Conference game. Aaris Stolte led Hannibal with 20 points, while DaeShon Glasgow and Haden Robertson had 12 points apiece.

At Ewing, Mo.

Highland Tournament

Kirksville 48, Palmyra 28: The top-seeded Tigers rolled into the championship game by limiting the Panthers to just seven points in the second half. Palmyra trailed 25-21 at halftime, but scored just five points in the third quarter. Alex Loman led the Panthers with 11 points. Palmyra is 5-6 overall.

Macon 53, Highland 45: The Tigers scored 25 points in the fourth quarter to advance to the title game. Drew Mallett led the Cougars with 17 points, while Cameron Bringer added 14 points. Highland is 8-3 overall.

Girls Basketball

At Korf Gym, Hannibal, Mo.

Hannibal 54, Marshall 33: Nora Hark led the Pirates to their first victory of the season with 15 points. Gracie Martin added 10 points. Hannibal led 24-9 at halftime.
