Illini West 51, Central-Southeastern 36: A two-point halftime advantage ballooned to a 13-point lead as the Chargers held the Panthers to just six third-quarter points. Cadee Kirkham made three 3-pointers and scored 15 of her game-high 22 points for Illini West in the 17-6 run in the third quarter. Rylee Reed added 11 points for the Chargers, who improved to 7-1. Amanda Stephens led C-SE with 12 points and Abbey McMillen added nine.
At Carrollton, Ill.
Brown County 52, Carrollton 39: The Hornets limited the Hawks to three points in the first quarter and just 10 in the first half and never trailed. Klare Flynn led Brown County with 26 points, scoring 16 in the second half.

At Monroe City, Mo.
Highland 52, Monroe City 31: A tie game at the end of the first quarter turned into a 19-point lead for the fourth-seeded Cougars by the end of the third quarter as the fifth-seeded Panthers were held to seven total points in the second and third quarters combined. Ansley Bringer led Highland with 19 points, while Ali Reed added 17 points with three 3-pointers. Audri Youngblood led the Panthers with nine points.
South Shelby 65, Louisiana 19: The top-seeded Lady Birds outscored the Bulldogs 18-2 in the second quarter. Emma Dovin made four 3-pointers and led South Shebly with 16 points.

At Monroe City, Mo.
Louisiana 72, Mark Twain 39: Mason Washington scored 12 of his game-high 24 points in the first quarter as the third-seeded Bulldogs raced to a 24-7 lead and never slowed down. Jack Logan added 15 points for Louisiana, while LaKoda Preston led sixth-seeded Mark Twain with 16 points.
Highland 67, Paris 39: The second-seeded Cougars scored eight of their 18 first-quarter points at the free-throw line and held the seventh-seeded Coyotes to one point in the second quarter, building a 24-point halftime lead. Alex Meyer led Highland with 16 points, while Cameron Bringer had 13 and Robert Goehl had 12.
