Brown County d. Central: The Hornets scored a 25-21, 25-19 victory in the season opener. Gracie Hedden led Brown County with eight kills, 13 digs and an ace, while Gabby McGath had 20 assists and 10 digs. Karlee Marlow finished with 11 service points, four aces and nine assists for Central.
